About Adelaide

Hello! My name is Adelaide , I'm 22 years old, and I am a born and raised New Yorker. I have been babysitting and nannying for my entire working career (which is going on 11 years now). The last family I worked for, I was with them for over 4 years. I love spending time with children doing art activities and going on outdoor adventures! I was a dancer semi professionally for 9 years and have attended art schools my whole life so I like to bring art and creative activities to each child that I watch. I have taught dance in a professional setting to students ages 9-15 and have worked at a preschool summer program, working with toddlers ages 1-3. Most importantly, I always strive to not only be the babysitter, but be the child's friend. I have lasting connections with the children I have previously worked with and I find both the kid and I have a more fun time when we have a good relationship, so getting to know your child (and the parents) well is important to me.
