About Adam

I have years of child care experience as a live in nanny, general baby sitting through college and as a counselor at a summer camp. I work in the animation industry designing characters. I also work as an instructor at Art Center College of Design. If your kids are interested in the arts or cartoons I bring a lot to the table to teach and to entertain. I build a safe space where kids can be themselves, silly and serious. I encourage them to seek answers and solutions to ideas and questions they are interested in. I'd describe my personality as positive, inquisitive, thoughtful. I'm looking for a job that sees me as part of the team. My aim is to come along side and support the family. To maintain the parental expectations and goals for the children, while providing the kids a safe place to grow. I started working with kids when I was in high school. Oldest of my siblings and cousins, I was often tasked with caring for the kids in my family.
