Hello! I am relocating to Nashville from Colorado! I am a Colorado State University graduate with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. My first job was babysitting, in which I cared for several children in my neighborhood (ages 4-10). I have completed three internships in child development (assistant teacher for ages 2-3) and in the medical field (child life specialist in Denver and Chicago for ages newborn to 18), in which I used human theory to promote positive coping and socio-emotional support for sick children in 2 pediatric hospitals. I have taught at The Goddard School for ages 18 months to 24 months where I had the opportunity to use human theory to promote healthy social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development in healthy children! I received my Master Degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in 2017, and I completed an internship with the American Red Cross in 2019. I have nannied for 4 families over the past several years!

Abby worked as our nanny for almost two years. She is dependable, punctual and hard-working. Her educational background in childhood development was clearly demonstrated in her day-to-day care of our son. She utilized this skill set to help ensure our son engaged in educational activities while allowing him to develop his unique personality at the same time. She was a joy to have in our home and brought out the best in our son. He still lights up every time he sees Abby. We always felt safe leaving our child with Abby, knowing that she is smart, responsible and always puts our little boy first. We now have two boys and still utilize her as a babysitter to this day. We feel lucky to have Abby in our lives!
