About Yasmina

Hello! My name is Yasmina, and I am passionate about providing exceptional childcare experiences. With almost a decade of experience, I am known for my patience, attentiveness, reliability, and creativity. I began working in childcare at the age of 18, at an all-summer-long sleep-away camp where I supervised dozens of children aged 7 to 17. Next I spent several years at a wilderness camp where safety, behavioral management, and creative engagement were paramount. I also have a strong education background, including 10 years of tutoring experience and a Master's degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University. Altogether, these experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth that enrich my approach to childcare with evidence-based practices.
