Overnight Childcare Exchanges?

I'd love to hear some of your thoughts and ideas on overnight childcare exchanges. Everyone deserves a long asult night out from time to time, so I find it to be a good idea. Because they're lengthy overnight stays, instead of useing a great deal of exchange points, how about we make it a simple 1 for 1 care system.
General Bedtime is 8-8:30pm, so an 8:00pm drop off and an 8:00am Pick up seems fair. We can keep track of who has used an Overnight and who has Cared for an Overnight to keep things fair. We are all adults here, I think we can manage something like this easily.
