Overnight Care

Our family is new to the area, Byron Center specifically. I am curious about the need for overnight care out there. Are there hospital staff or other 3rd shifters in the area that look for this type of care on a consistent basis? I am considering starting an overnight care service in my home. Any feedback would be so helpful to me, thank you!
