nanny that brings her children

does anybody have any experience with a nanny that brings 1 or 2 children to watch yours? would you recommend this or does it add too much with her children there?
I see the average is about 11 per hour but when she brings her kids i would think the pay would be less? Maybe 8 per hour??? Does anybody have any experience with this?
