Nanny sharing

Our family is looking for another family to nanny share with us. We have a 17 month old son who is currently being watched by our amazing nanny. She has over 14 years of experience and is kind, loving, energetic, knowledgeable and more. We are currently sharing her with another family who will no longer need care after May. We don't want to lose our nanny and would love to share with someone.
Sharing means we rotate houses (she watches at each house for a couple weeks at a time) and split her salary. It makes having a nanny actually affordable!
