Nanny share in Lakewood

We are in the process of hiring a part-time nanny in Lakewood for Wed & Thur. My granddaughter is 1 yr old. Care would be arranged in my home unless you have a FT nanny you're willing to share 2 days in your home. I am setting up an employer EIN and worker's comp. I am also offering our provider 4 PTO days.
