I have been a full-time stay-at-home mom (with help from my husband) to our 11-month-old baby girl until now. I'm finally ready to open up this bubble we've been living in, and I would love to find one or two families in the area who have kids at a similar age as my lil one to do a nanny share with. I have noticed that my baby is really starting to enjoy the interaction with other babies and toddlers, and I would love to give her that opportunity without sending her to daycare just yet. So we could also see this as a regular group playdate that gives the mamas a first opportunity of a little more time to ourselves?

All terms and hours can be flexible and up for discussion, but here is what I could imagine: I could hire the nanny, she could come to my house, and you could bring your little one(s) to come play. We would all hang out together as long and as much as you and your babies need, and you only leave when you're comfortable. I work from home and I'm ready to start getting some more hours in, but I will always be available to just hang out and and talk and play, or help. I might want to start with three days a week for a couple of hours as an initial suggestion.

Our house is in the Kensington hills at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. t's a one-story bungalow that has plenty of space to crawl and walk around. We have a big, secluded courtyard with a lawn and a big sandbox, a back deck with a little yard space, and there is a trail right at the end of the street.
