Nanny Share Crystal City

We are looking to set up a nanny share for our sweet, energetic 15-month-old boy. We are interviewing nannies now, but if you already have a nanny you love, we are open to that. Otherwise, we are happy to look for a nanny with you! We both work full time, but we are flexible on hours (8:30 to 5:30ish preferred, but a half hour in either direction is no problem). We are happy to host, alternate, or drop-off/pick-up. Most important to us is like-mindedness. We try to give our son plenty of room to play and grow, we don't allow screens, and we like lots of outdoor time. If this sounds good to you, please reach out!
