Nanny Share Anyone?

Hello! We are looking for a family who might be interested in going in on a full-time (M-F, 8-5) nanny share in the Richmond/Henrico area. Our son just turned two, so ideally if your child(ren) are in that age range, that'd be great, but other ages can work too! We are willing to host and to drop off. Pets ok, but must be non-smoking household. Please let me know if you would like to talk more!
