About us: We are two families with boys who were born two days apart! They will be 14 months in August (when we need a nanny to start). Both boys are the youngest of three are social, curious and energetic. Both families have had long term nannies in the past and deeply value the relationship between parent and caregiver. One family works outside the house and the other works from home. The nanny will alternate houses. We are looking for: An experienced, reliable and nurturing nanny who has previously cared for toddlers. You enjoy following a routine but can also pivot with toddlers. You understand childhood development and can support feeding, napping, diapering, early language skills, and second year milestones. You have a reliable care and are excited about taking the boys out in the community (i. e library, parks, music class, ect.).

Kids need to be picked up from childcare at o2b kids at 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and watched afterwards. Food will be left at home for them. Kids will need to be watch more hours during the weekend
