We are looking for a responsible, caring, and highly organized individual to join our family as both a Nanny and Housekeeper. This unique role combines child care and household management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our children while ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Childcare Duties:**
- Provide loving, attentive, and age-appropriate care for children.
- Supervise and engage children in educational, creative, and physical activities.
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring healthy and balanced options.
- Manage daily routines, including dressing, bathing, and nap time.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's development, behavior, and needs.
**Housekeeping Duties:**
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Organize and tidy common areas, including living rooms, kitchens, and children's play areas.
- Manage laundry for the household, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, including washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing meals when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of children's bedrooms, playrooms, and any other assigned areas.
- Assist with grocery shopping (occasionally) and inventory management for household essentials.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Provide light pet care if applicable (feeding, walking, etc.).
- Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the family.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a nanny, housekeeper, or in a similar caregiving role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Background check required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with children of similar ages.
- Ability to cook simple meals or follow recipes.
- Multitasking ability and prior experience managing both childcare and housekeeping duties.
