Our baby will be 4 months old when I return to work. My partner works from home, and his parents will sometimes be staying with us. My schedule consists of working 16-18 days per month, but they are somewhat random (like 6 in a row then 4 off).

We have twins that are 4 yrs old. They go to school M-F 3 hrs a day, so you must be able to drive them to and from preschool. 2-year-old is potty trained. 5-month-old is a sweetie pie and is on a schedule. She does great with it. We have a dog that is very low maintenance and may need to be let out in a fenced back yard. Kids are active and love playing games, doing crafts, playing outside, riding their bikes, etc.

An ideal day would be to come on time in the morning, change diapers and feed the baby throughout the day. They will play with the baby while she's awake with books, contrast cards or put her on her mat to play.
