The values we are looking for in someone to help us with child care include; but are not limited to someone who is hard working, honest, kind, knowledgeable of kids, punctual, and passionate about working with kids. I will need help with my youngest on the days I go to the office, and a half day on Wednesdays. I would need help with her full care as we are hoping to transition her out of daycare. There maybe some days where both kids need to be watched while I am working. My daughter is 5 months old and my son is three. The only time I would need assistance with my son is if they have a holiday or school has a professional development day. Parking, there is no access to public transit. Car would be best We are a dog loving household with a boxer and lab mix. Both dogs while friendly, will be crated.
