She is 5 months old so we're looking for someone who is patient with her to do her tummy time, age appropriate play, read, etc. Schedule varies a lot, (sorry for that in advance) but we're a dual military family, I work night shift (6:30pm-7:10am) in Oceanside, so I'll be asleep in our room while you take care of our baby! and my husband works in San Diego and his hours are either (7:00am-3:00 p.m. or 9:00 am-7ish pm) we live in escondido so we have to leave at certain times to beat the dreaded California traffic :( so we need punctuality please ! Hello there! My husband and I had our beautiful first baby boy, born September 2024. I will be returning to work late January 2025 and will be in need of routine infant care for our 4-month-old. We are considering daycare but would really love to keep him home. My husband and I both work from home (I work in and out of the house during the day) but we have a lot of flexibility in our schedules. We are looking for someone to care for our son in our home, while we work, but will of course be available for support. We are looking for care 3-5 days a week, roughly 9-4 but are flexible, someone who will help with tough naps, read him books, cuddle, take him for walks, lay with him for tummy time, and feed him, someone who loves kids and will be around for a while. We have one sweet older dog who is gentle, a non-smoking home, no other chores.

family needs a flexible nanny for two fun and well-behaved little girls ages 1 and 3 years old. Must love kids! The girls are fun to be around, and they listen very well. They're both very eager to learn new things! Our 3-year-old is potty trained leaving only our 1-year-old to need regular pull-up changes. We do have a small dog, and she is very friendly. Although our dog is friendly and loves to meet new people, the option for her to be in her cage while you are sitting is available! Hello! We are a family of three: myself, my husband, and my 2. 5-year-old son. New additions to our schedule have made it hard for us to do everything on our own. Our son started Montessori in Georgetown this past fall, and now my husband has to go to the office on Wednesdays. Our request/schedule: On Mondays, my husband and I work from home, so we need someone to keep him engaged and do activities with him while we work. Arrive around 730-8am, nap from 1230/1-230pm, off around 330/4 p.m. On Wednesday, he must be taken to Montessori school (9-1145am) and brought home. When you both get home, he must be bathed and put down for a nap. We hope to expand hours when we find the right person :) We are trying to potty-train him before his third birthday in Feb. Reliable transportation, non-smoker, and CPR/First-Aid certification are a must.
