We would pay one rate for 1 kid and a higher rate when it's 2 kids. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.

Our son is six months adjusted (he was born 3 months premature but is doing great!) His schedule in general is as follows: 4 naps daily, 5 bottles daily, diaper change with each bottle. We try to encourage tummy time. He falls asleep independently in his own crib. He's a very sweet boy who loves people and being read to! Mom works occasionally (schedule varies) so we are looking for help for those days specifically but could also use help for the occasional date night as well.
