We have an easy 4 Step process to Worry Free Care.
1. First Meeting: A Tanglewood Manager will meet with you and your loved one to address any questions or concerns you may have about home care.
2. Plan of Care: With your help, we will assess the needs of your loved one, and create a customized plan of care which meets your approval.
3. The Right Caregiver: Tanglewood's Caregivers are extensively trained and thoroughly capable of providing any care required. After a careful selection, the right caregiver will be selected to match the personality and interest of your loved one.
4. Supervision & Reporting: Caregiver supervision and oversight is provided by a Tanglewood Home Care manager who will remain in continuous contact with you to ensure the best quality care is provided.
