YOU SELECT YOUR CAREGIVER:
All Visiting Angels Caregivers are drug tested and go through a rigorous background screening. Our Caregivers have distinct skills through their experience either as Certified Nursing Assistants or as retired RNs and LPNs or simply because they have years of compassionate experience assisting the elderly. We always have an "Angel in the Wings" as back-up to your preferred Caregiver so you are never left high and dry with no one showing up.
BONDED, LICENSED, LIABILITY INSURANCE AND WORKERS COMP:
Visiting Angels takes all of the risk out of the equation for your family as we cover any issues that may arise in the home. Your family will have no liability in case of a Caregiver injury or accident in the home. In addition, Visiting Angels removes your Caregiver tax liability and exposure in an audit situation.
PRIVATE PAY AND LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE:
We assist those clients with Long-Term Care Insurance in gaining approval of a claim and filing all paperwork on behalf of the client for reimbursements. We currently file over 25 claims per week on behalf of our clients with companies such as Genworth, TransAmerica, MetLife, Monumental, Blue Cross, etc.
