Hello - we are expecting our second baby in early December 2015, and are looking for another family to share a full time nanny (9-5 ish, 40 hours/week). We would hire 1 childcare provider to watch 2 babies, half the time at our house and half the time at ours.

We are currently doing this for our daughter (turns 2 in Dec and starts preschool in Jan) and have found it a great way to have in-home personalized care for less than the cost of most infant care centers near us.

Anyone who will be looking for full-time childcare starting around Feb 2016 (we are somewhat flexible on start date) and would be interested to talk more please let me know!

Congrats on the baby. Hope it arrived well :). Rachel and I are looking for child-care for a new-born (expecting in late January). We'd be looking around the April timeframe though.
