We are the parents of a 3-month-old baby looking for someone to do a nanny share with us. We don't want to put our child in childcare just yet and are hoping to find a family who has the same needs.
We live in Scripps Ranch and are looking for someone who would be interested in sharing the cost of a full-time nanny - either at our home, or yours. The cost would be $300-350 per week, per family. It's really difficult to find someone who is experienced, reliable and trustworthy and we are hoping that combining our income would help us find someone who is highly qualified.
Below I have described what we're looking for as far as schedule and nanny. If this fits your needs please contact us so we can set up a time to meet you, let our kids play and interview nannies together. It's a great option if you're trying to keep your child out of daycare.
Nanny haves: -Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm -Early Childhood Education Degree/Certification -At least 3-5 years professional experience with multiple infants/children -CPR certified -Energetic -Positive attitude -Loves being outdoors -Loves Dogs, we have 2 border collie mixes

Hello,
My name is Stephanie and I'm a mother of an 8 month old boy named Clive. We live in Mira Mesa near Camino Ruiz, and our home is close to a neighborhood park but also has a fenced backyard with a covered patio. We find it to be nice to give the babe fresh air a few times a day.
After reading your post, it seems it could work for us and our must-haves do align. We have a sweet female golden retriever named Louise, she does well with children of all ages. It sounds like your dogs do as well, but we would like to meet them since Clive is becoming more mobile.
I don't think this would matter, but we are using cloth diapers which is easily accommodating to the nanny. He/she would just need to place them in a wet bag and I'll take them home to launder the days he is away. I hope we can discuss further details (milk/formula/feeding needs) soon. Please don't hesitate to message me here or text me #360-241-9530. Thank you.
