looking for overnight care for my elderly mother and pets

I live in Ocoee, TN and my 72 year old mother lives with my husband and me. She is unable to stay by herself at night but does not require any skilled care. We also have 9 dogs and 2 cats. My husband's job requires him to travel frequently and the days as well as length of time varies. I would like to travel with him and most of the time we will be able to take 2 of the dogs with us. We live on 6.5 acres and the dogs are all house trained and go out on their own and eat morning and evening. I can give more details to anyone interested.
