Looking for North Raleigh home to have Nanny Share and add child

We currently have a Nanny Share but are looking to add another child preferably around the age of 1 1/2 to 2. We have a fabulous Nanny with extensive experience. We are just in need of a better space/set up. Looking for a pet free home to host with a little more space than what we have now.
I understand this is a special fit, but please let me know if this is something that may work for your family?

We live in north raleigh. My son will be 1 next week and currently attends daycare. What will be the cost responsibility for the new family?
