Looking for Nanny Share in Oakland

Hello,
I am looking for another family to share nanny services with. Our son will be 4 months old in December and we want to start the nanny service around Dec 15th. Ideally your child will be similar in age to ours.I don't have a nanny in mind yet but will start interviewing soon. Looking to connect with a family first so we can search together!

Maybe too late, but check out nannieshare.com, they have a map with parents actively looking for nanny sharing.
