Hello! Hoping someone can assist with this situation. How would you charge for this situation? Either a weekly or monthly flat rate.

I moved in an elderly woman with dementia to my home. I am her 24 hr caregiver. I administer all her meds, buy her food, feed her, etc. She is ambulatory, however so weak that she cannot independently stand from a sitting position or get out of bed without my assistance. She does not leave the house for appointments and mobile docs come here. I schedule all those appointments as well. I handle all of her care but report to her POA when med refills are needed.
