Working as a English Language Arts teacher, I tutor students who are struggling with reading, writing and English everyday in my classroom. I have worked with bilingual students one on one as well as students with learning disabilities and feel confident in my ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds.

I excelled in both of these subjects throughout my academic experience. I have also recently gained teaching experience through a community education program, and am comfortable working with K-8th graders.

I am currently getting my phd in German studies with my research interest in second language acquisition. I taught during my masters and I am still teaching. I love teaching.
