JP Nanny Share near Happy's Market/Library

Seeking 2nd family for a nanny-share. We have a great nanny and are looking for another family starting ASAP. Our son was born Oct 2019, and we are looking for similar age. We are looking for someone close to us, hopefully walking distance. We use cloth diapers, still breastfeed some, and are into a simple low tech environment (Montessori model). Please share some similarities in approach. Currently about 35 hours per week but flexible.
