Were looking for a sitter for our 2-year-old daughter every other Thursday, ideally from 9-2 or a 5-hour block between 8-5 based on mutual availability. Responsibilities include light meal prep and possible stroller walks to the library or park. Our daughter is non-vocal but communicates well with a (communication app), gestures, and signs. Shes in PT and OT, needing extra help with movement and stairs due to balance/mobility challenges, but is otherwise a typical toddler who loves pretend play, coloring, play-doh, and music. She naps once in the afternoon and is starting pre-potty training. Free street parking near our apartment. Ideal candidates are patient and experienced with AAC, special education, ABA, PT, or OT. We also have a friendly, low-maintenance 6-year-old lab mix.

My great grandma Joyce was just recently diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. She was living alone, mostly providing for herself and driving! Because of the cancer, she is now weak, on oxygen, and is using a walker to get around. She mainly needs help making sure she doesn't fall when walking, keeping her company, helping with bathing if needed but not needed everyday, and prepping some simple breakfast and lunch!
