My husband and I are seeking a part time nanny for our two daughters ages 3 and 1. We are seeking in home care 3 days a week and on demand in the evenings while we enjoy a date night or event. There will also be opportunities for paid travel with the family. Our ideal nanny will be hands on, fun, confident, a problem solver, and patient. Our kids love to go to the park, ride scooters around the neighborhood, color, play dress up, paint, and much more. Our nanny must be comfortable with light food prep for the kids and handling routines such as nap time/bed time or bath time.

Key responsibilities include: I am looking for help from 1030-430 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday. Supervising the boys during activities such as painting walls and moving furniture under parental direction. Providing transportation to engaging activities to ensure energy is well spent. Being readily available to support and respond to the needs of the 12-year-olds during this period. 22-year-old Chloe has profound mental retardation, autism, incontinence, seizure disorder, and visual impairment. She is nonverbal but screams loudly and frequently (we often wear ear protection). She has incredibly specific routines in our house that involve bathing, eating, playing, and diaper changes. She cycles compulsively through these routines and can be happy during them. Often, though, she becomes discontent for unknown reasons, requiring "time outs" in her room. At best, your shift will be sedentary and uneventful; possibly you will have no interaction at all if Chloe is playing contentedly by herself. At worst, you will have a loud and frustrating shift. We seek 3 days per week. 4-hour shifts. Security cameras inside house, viewed in real-time by Mom and Dad for Chloe's safety.
