Seeking an experienced babysitter for our 10-year-old daughter. We prefer someone who has similar interests, could help out with light housekeeping and every so often meal preparation. We are a family with a small horse ranch, with goats, dogs and cats. We do four H, enjoy outdoor activities, riding horses, indoor activities, baking, games and crafts, going to our cabin and enjoying time in the mountains, going biking and more. We are looking for someone to come to our home on Fridays while I work from home to care for our 4-month-old baby girl. We need someone comfortable with contact naps, tracking naps, following an evolving schedule/routine, handling breast milk and me popping in for snuggles and kisses when time allows in my work schedule. I'm flexible on timing but typically would need someone 8:30-3:30 sometimes - 4:30 but we can build a firm schedule as well as the option of discussing the occasional Thursday if mutually acceptable as well. .

Looking to find a consistent person to clean floors/baseboards, surfaces/counters, dust, bathroom, bedding, and put away cleaned clothes. Ideally you will start with the changing the sheets, and putting the dirty ones into the wash immediately (so they can be transferred into the dryer before leaving). Putting away laundry would be the next task. Laundry will already be clean. I just need them hung and folded to my specifications. I will give a walk through. Pretty straight forward. After cleaning the bathroom, you can get started on the dusting, then the counters/surfaces. Lastly, you can clean the floors/baseboards. Please end the clean with lighting 3 incense sticks in the kitchen, one incense cone in my bedroom, and taking out the garbage. It's a quick clean. It should only take 2-3hours.

I'm a full-time, single dad with a busy work schedule. My son is 13 and daughter is 10. My son is a straight A student, Vice President of the student and loves baseball. My daughter is a huge animal lover, especially horses and dogs; arts and crafts and dance. I am looking for someone that can assist with getting the kids to various activities as well as lots of help around the home. Specifically - experience with regular cooking of Healthy dinners (at least 3 X per week), meal prep and lunches, laundry, dishes and tidying, some grocery runs. W/ a big emphasis on healthier meals. (I have someone that comes every 2 weeks for deep clean). I would say that about 80% of the time is assistance around the home and 20% is childcare and picking up/dropping off etc. I have flexibility on hrs and days of week.
