Hello!! We are excited to welcome a nanny into our family around July. They would mostly be caring for our infant, but also occasionally for our toddler. Our current care situation is that Grandpa (toddlers grandfather) cares for the toddler, who will be in part-time pre-school in the fall. Our ideal person is intuitive and observant when with our children, and of course, are safety-conscious while allowing children to explore and experiment. Because we have multiple adults and children in the picture, we need someone who is reliable and an excellent communicator. Finally, this person is playful, warm and nurturing - they enjoy holding our infant and get excited with our toddler when a fire engine rolls down the street!

We are looking for a part-time tutor in Math and Science for our son who is in first grade. Ideally 1-2 days a week between the hours of 1-3 p.m. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about science (chemistry, nature, outer space). Our son loves to do science experiments in the backyard. We can provide the science experiment materials. We would like someone who wants to garden and cook, teaching Math and Science through these activities. Our son has a very high IQ. He is ready for second grade math. He does most of it in head but needs to learn how to show his work. Our son has mild autism & ADHD, it is important that the candidate have experience working with students who have attention difficulties. The ideal candidate is firm with rules and expectations but also fun and creative.

About who needs care: Mom is pretty independent, friendly, has her faculties and a great sense of humor and storytelling. She can't see well, has to get injections in her eye every 6 weeks commonly. Has low thyroid and is only on 3 prescriptions. She takes her vitamins regularly and is a light eater. She likes to out but can't drive and needs a hand walking until you give her a cart to push. About the care needs: Caregiver must be friendly, adaptable, organized, and no special hobbies except love.. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.

We have 2 boys ages 1 and 3! We are looking for someone part time to come to our home 2 days a week for a couple hours in the afternoon to start. If its a good fit we may expand on days, times, and rate.
