In need of help with reading for my 3rd grader

Dont expect a clean house that needs some surfaces wiped. We need help. We both work. We have kids. I have adhd and really struggle to be the house cleaner my family needs. My fiancé works hard and has back pain so he can’t do a lot. We are drowning in laundry. To be honest I hate everything to do with putting away clothes. I need someone who doesnt mind putting away clothes. Someone who is a problem solver with organization. So we can more easily maintain our household. It’s gotten bad and I feel like we’ve given up. We also live in a house thats semi renovated. My fiancé has tons of tools and no garage. My bedroom has no order and way too many clothes, little places to put them. I want to finally have a place for things. After it gets caught up itll be just maintenance with laundry and normal cleaning. Schedule wise, few days a week.

I am a nurse at the hospital and work night shifts 2-3 nights a week. My husband works M-F during the day. We are needing someone to come to our house during the days that I work to watch the kiddos so that I can sleep :)

We have a house cleaner who comes twice a month, so we're looking more for help with organizational projects around the house, laundry, and mainly assistance with our 5-year-old after preschool (we can pick up and drop him off by noon) and picking up our older kids at 3:00 (3 miles away). Pay really depends on what you're willing to do as far as organizational projects. I work across the street so I'm very flexible. We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Pittsburgh. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car or at least reliable transportation, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Our daughter is hard of hearing in one ear and we are teaching her basic sign language. Knowledge in ASL is a plus but not required.

They are easy going with typical toddler behaviors. They love to read books, ride their bikes, go for walks, play on their nugget couch and imitation play.
