Currently, I have had a housekeeper who comes every day for the past six years. She is amazing; however, she is retiring and moving back to Mexico. She also watches my son, whom I currently have from Thursday at 6:00 p.m. to Friday at 6:00 p.m. and every other weekend. She plans to retire in May, and I should be getting more custody of my son in June. The potential schedule would be Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00, 4:00, or possibly 5:00 p.m. , and Fridays from around 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. My ideal candidate would be someone who speaks Spanish, either fluently or at least partially. The person that I hire would need to be willing to clean and do laundry as well as take care of my son . I'm also open to a live-in nanny. I have an extra room as well as a private bathroom for someone to be here full-time.

We are planned to begin daycare in September so are looking for someone from April to end of August. The hours required are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. I am having surgery on my right ankle on 4/18 and will be unable to drive. I work as a teacher at a local high school and am looking for someone who can help ensure I get to work on time. I have explored various options in Treasure Valley and would rather have a consistent person than shoot for transportation each day. We can discuss whose car is driven, etc. Ideally it would be drop off in the morning (by 7:45) and if it works with schedules, pick up in the afternoon (4:00), though I am happy to have one direction or the other be ride share. I may also need groceries picked up if it is a good fit.

Bi-weekly regular housecleaning: vacuum, mopping, dusting surfaces, and bathroom/kitchen cleanings (exteriors only, no drawers, cupboards, fridges, etc) of 2-bed, 3-baths, and common living areas (~1900 sq ft) in a two story house in cannon beach. Weekday lived in house for family of two adults, one toddler, and a medium sized dog. We have minimal clutter, but we do have dog fur. We will leave the house so cleanings can be done unoccupied (including the dog) and we will tidy and leave surfaces cleared. Rooms in job: Ground floor (600 sq ft): guest bedroom, guest bathroom, hallway, entry way, stairwell Second floor (1300 sq ft): primary bedroom, primary bathroom, hallway, powder bathroom, and great room.
