We're seeking a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 7-month-old baby, 2-year-old boy, and 4-year-old girl. Responsibilities include helping with naps, meals, play, activities, walks, and general childcare. Our 2- and 4-year-olds are active, creative, and sweet. We have a large playroom, backyard, and great neighborhood for walks. Some days, the 2- or 4-year-old will be at preschool, so care will focus on 1 - 2 kids. During nap times, we'd appreciate help with light housekeeping (tidying, folding laundry, washing bottles). Schedule: -Start: 8:00 a.m. (non-negotiable, to get older kids off to school) -End: Flexible, likely 2 - 3 p.m. -Days: Monday through Friday Experience with multiple young children is a plus. Pleasant and has sense of humor. About the care needs: Middle aged female over 35, with experience in geriatrics with short term memory loss who will treat mom with dignity and talk to her. Engage her in conversation. Not be on phone all day with own friends. Kindness is a must! Caregiver will need to make sandwich at lunchtime and assist with snacks. But mom is capable and moves about in the kitchen. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

I have a 4yo who's in preschool & I've currently started a new wfh job and so with training being mandatory it's hard to pick up my child.
