I am looking for someone to occasionally watch my 3 kids. Sometimes while I go to the gym in the mornings, sometimes in the middle of the day, sometimes for date night. We homeschool, so if you could help with school sometimes, that would be nice, but not a requirement. I have a dog and a cat, so must be comfortable around pets. We love reading and being outside. We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Fayetteville. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I expect both children to be asleep while you are here.

HOURS Monday-Friday 1:30-5:30/6 (slightly flexible on increased hours if desired but guaranteed 20 hrs/wk). Pay rate is $25 per hour (non-negotiable). RESPONSIBILITIES Care for 3 kids age 3, 7 and 9. Pick up children after school. One pick up from a local school, the other pick up from a bus drop off and help with laundry, kitchen clean-up, tidying house, dishwasher, bed-making, and errands when possible (ex. returning books to library or buying milk). Nanny must have own car that can fit 1 car seat and 2 boosters (family will provide the car seat and boosters). IDEAL CANDIDATE Reliable, clean driving record, willingness to background check, References (2 minimum) kind, good attitude, patient, flexible and has experience with busy household and young children. We are seeking an experienced in home nanny for our baby girl. We would also welcome someone interested in meal prep and/or light housekeeping duties, although not required. We are looking for a nanny comfortable with infants and up to date on standard vaccinations including Tdap, COVID, yearly flu, etc. Qualifications: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record, clean background check, certification in CPR and first aid preferred , early childhood education certification or training preferred.

Saturday/Sunday help needed for my lovely mother in her 70s with COPD & Parkinson's. Needs assistance with: food prep & feeding, logging vitals, medication, bathing, laundry, PT/OT exercises, groceries/errands, housekeeping, and pet care. Must be dog-friendly - she has five small dogs (shih-tzu) who are her world. They have a fenced back yard to play in but need to be let in/out frequently and provided with fresh food and water. Please be committed to keeping my mom safe & healthy, meaning please either mask or ensure you do not bring germs into the home (she was hospitalized after contracting COVID from a previous aide and has had a very difficult recovery). Our home is 3 levels (2 of which will need regular cleaning the main and upstairs) Upstairs - (2) bedrooms (2) baths Main level- kitchen, living room, bathroom, (2) bedrooms Downstairs- laundry room & two open living areas (this level will not need too be regularly cleaned right now LAUNDRY LAUNDRY LAUNDRY (wash, dry, fold) Regular basic cleanings of whole house, vacuum, mop, dust, changing bed sheets would be nice, bathrooms (we have hard water FYI), cleaning out dog bowls, fridge/ pantry once a month at least once a week basic cleaning Deep cleaning biweekly-monthly Attention to detail- like cleaning around the base of the toilet, sweeping the dog hair off the stairs, cleaning mirrors, dusting fan, window seals etc. We have little and not so little doggos, named Macie Mae (female) and max (male) both are super sweet dogs, will bark when you pull in but then just want kisses- Macie will try to eat the vacuum when u turn it on & max will run from it I just usually put them down stairs and shut the door when I vacuum/ mop
