The ideal person will have expertise in sleep training methods and help establish a consistent nap schedule over the course of a week. Responsibilities: * Implement and reinforce sleep training techniques to support independent sleep for child with reflux. * Maintain a consistent nap routine. * Provide general infant care, including feeding, soothing, and engaging in wake-time activities. * Communicate progress and adjustments.
