I need a general ED tutor for my son.

We are looking for a patient, reliable, and nurturing weekend tutor to support our 6-year-old child with Autism in a structured, calm, and encouraging learning environment. This is not a traditional tutoring role. Our child receives weekday therapies (ABA, OT, Speech). The tutor will focus on reinforcing and practicing existing academic skills, building confidence, and supporting learning with a new adult. Responsibilities • Practice early elementary skills (reading readiness, basic math, writing, matching) • Reinforce skills already introduced during the week • Use visuals, positive reinforcement, and hands-on learning • Provide movement and sensory breaks as needed • Support attention, transitions, and emotional regulation • Keep sessions short, structured, and positive • Briefly communicate progress with the parent after sessions

I have two boys. A 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. They love playing with cars and coloring. They also love watching bluey, different Disney movies,. I definitely prefer someone who speaks fluent Spanish because we're a Spanish speaking home, also someone who is patient, and understanding. We're looking for a part-time mother's helper/family assistant for our two daughters. Responsibilities include driving our 3-year-old to/from preschool, performing household chores and meal preparation, and occasionally providing childcare for our 6-month-old during errands/appointments (Mom is currently on parental leave).
