I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Please be comfortable with pets.

We’re loving parents who want to make our new schedule adjustment work with Mom returning to work and Dad being a freelancer for our loving little boy.

My kids need help with basic things. I need my kids to be taken to the bus stop in the morning and occasionally picked up at the bus stop in the afternoon. They occasionally need help with homework and the 8-year-old needs to read for 30 minutes a day. They don't get a treat until after they clean their area where they eat and they don't get a treat till after they do their homework and read. They also don't get a treat if they fight. If the kids fight, they have to stand in the corner for five minutes . Their bedtime is at 7 o'clock. They must floss and brush their teeth at 6:30 p.m. six 30 is also the time that they must get ready for bed. I have a free room for the nanny. You must have a great record and valid references.

We'd like to find someone with experience with 2-4-year-olds who can take care of bed time and watch over the house one night a week (flexible) while we are away. We are flexible on the arrangement and figuring out specific timing is still in progress. Could be once a week or every other week, and the initial thought is for someone to come over around 6 while we're finishing up dinner with the kids. We'd leave shortly after while you take care of bedtime for the kids one by one, then watch over them until we return typically around 9 or 10. Our 4-year-old is pretty easy and our 2-year-old is a typical 2-year-old with peaks and valleys!
