We need a nanny to help with pickup and afterschool care of our 2 kids 3 days a week. We have a preschooler who is 3 (almost 4) and a baby who is 3 months old. They go to preschool and daycare in Menlo Park and we live in Sunnyvale. We are looking for someone to pick them up from school around 3:30pm, drive them home (perhaps stopping at a park first to play) and care for them until we get home from work around 7 or 8 p.m. And we're looking now! I've been on maternity leave, but will be going back to work soon. We would prefer someone who could also help out with light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying up). I am a nurse for Vanderbilt and will be starting on nights soon. My mom who has been my current child care and can no longer take care of my baby so I am looking for someone who can be here in the morning from the time my husband leaves for work at 0500 till 1300 or till I get home at 0800 but would like to get some rest after a long shift. If I can't then I really need someone 0500-0830. It would only be hopefully once or twice a week at most three times a week but hopefully that's on rare occasions. Also will need someone during the week right now till I move over to nights. It would then be 0520-1530. A few times a week.

I have two busy boys ages 3 and 4. Full of energy! love sonic, paw patrol and Octonauts! love the outdoors, riding their bikes, looking for bugs, digging in the sandbox and planting! They get up around 8/8:30 a.m. and love to sit on the couch with their chocolate milk or a smoothie they watch tv for about 30min. While theyre watching, Ill fill their waters. Then well go upstairs get dressed brush our teeth., usually play outside for a good two hours. If its a nice day. If its a cold or rainy well paint, color, make crafts play the matching card game. 12:30 1 p.m. , Ill make lunch turkey sandwiches or peanut butter and jelly with an apple or fruit and crackers. In the afternoon sometimes I take them to the park! Our evening schedules a bit longer so if youre lucky enough to be their babysitter, Ill have to write it out for!
