I have recently started a new job and my wife and I will now need an at home babysitter on Monday's and Thursdays during the mornings and afternoon. My job is in office and requires me to be at work starting at 9 a.m. - leaving our home at 8:25 a.m. My wife has a more flexible schedule so our start time will be somewhere around 9 a.m. My wife leaves work at 2 p.m. and returns home at 2:45 p.m. Our son is in Daycare on Tuesday and Wednesday now! He's very friendly and outgoing! When watched at our home, he's very easy and enjoys doing smaller activities!

We need hands-on care to take care of my wife. She is in a Wheel chair and uses a sit to stand lift. She is semi-paralyzed and need help with all tasks. She needs help getting out of bed and showered in the morning. She also needs help in the afternoon. Medication management is required. My expectation is to keep her area clean.
