We're seeking an experienced, reliable, and calm nanny for our 3 kids (5, 3, 18m), 2 days/week. Mom works from home. Must confidently manage busy, sometimes escalated moments with multiple kids. Responsibilities: provide loving care, plan fun and learning activities (indoors/outdoors), prepare meals/snacks, assist with diapers/potty, maintain routines, manage naps, and keep the space tidy. Gentle discipline and positive reinforcement are very important to us. Qualifications: prior experience with multiple young children, ability to stay calm under pressure, strong communication, CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), and reliable transportation.
