Hello! Seeking a regular house cleaner to come at least once a week and tidy the home. Including main bedroom, kids room, living room, dining room, kitchen, and two small bathrooms. Sweep & mop wood floors and just generally helping to keep things from getting out of hand! Ideally, cleaner would bring their own supplies but I can be flexible there. We have outdoor pets but hair and pet mess is seldom an issue inside. House is small, about 1100 sq ft. Looking for someone reliable who won't cancel on me every week! I have to leave for work early at 5 a.m. as I am a construction foreman. I live within biking distance of the school but bus transportation is available. I would need the caregiver here at 5 to allow me to leave on time and to ensure my child wakes up for school and makes it on the school at 7 :15 Monday through Friday. He has a regular routine and can dress/pack his own things for school.

Hi, there-- I live in Arden (in Loxahatchee, just west of Lion Country Safari). I'm a recent widow with three (mostly grown) kids: a high school junior who lives at home and two college kids (who only live at home during the summer and during school breaks). I run my own business from home, so I'd typically be here when you'd be here. We also have two (big!) dogs and two kittens-- so want to ensure that you're comfortable with all that we have going on here :) I'm looking for some regular, mostly light cleaning, at least once a week, for a few hours-- mostly dealing with loading/unloading the dishwasher, doing/folding/putting away laundry, wiping down counters-- with the occasional project (ie organizing closets or the pantry) and/or running errands as needs arise (I'm totally flexible if you on'y want to do part of these tasks)
