Main responsibilities include - playing with her, planning simple age-appropriate activities, providing close supervision, preparing light meals and snacks, cleaning her utensils, cups, and bottles, tidying up after meals and playtime, and putting her down for naps. My fiance works from home and my father-in-law will be home recovering from surgery, but there are separate areas of the house, and we value giving our nanny autonomy and space to take the lead during the day. We are looking for someone comfortable in a shared home who genuinely enjoys toddlers.
