We are a Woodside family seeking a loving part time nanny/babysitter to care for our 3 girls (5, 3, 7 months) on weekday afternoons. Your primary responsibility will be for our infant (feeding and getting down for naps, taking on walks and playtime). You will also supervise my 3-year-old when she gets home from school and get her settled for quiet time, prepare her a snack and engage in playtime activities. Must be willing to engage the girls in play (not just supervise), and also be comfortable setting limits and enforcing boundaries. No phones around the kids. Requirements: Experience or training in BCBA, RBT, or behavior management strategies. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Background in caregiving, child development, or related field preferred. Experience with Level 1, Level 2 autism ideal. Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping kids thrive.
