We're seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver with training or experience in BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) techniques to provide engaging and supportive care for our 8-year-old son this summer. Occasionally, care will also include our 10-year-old daughter when she isn't attending camps.
About the Role:
Our 8-year-old is twice exceptional with challenges in emotional regulation and shows some characteristic of Level 1/2 autism.
We are seeking someone who can:
Support his emotional development and use BCBA/RBT techniques to respond thoughtfully to situations.
Provide a structured, fun, and safe environment for summer activities.
Facilitate positive play and social engagement.
Drive our 10-year-old to/from camp as needed.
What You Can Expect:
One parent will typically work from home and be available for support as needed.
Flexible schedule with agreed-upon hours.
Requirements:
Experience or training in BCBA, RBT, or behavior management strategies.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Background in caregiving, child development, or related field preferred. Experience with Level 1, Level 2 autism ideal.
