Needed to watch 2 toddlers, 3 and 2 years old overnight 5:30pm-7:00 a.m. 3 nights a week. usually Thursday, Friday and Sunday but can vary. Located in Springfield.

We are looking for someone who can help to keep our home clean and tidy. This role would be several days a week, in addition to cleaning and laundry, we would like someone who can grocery shop, help organize. We have a dog who doesn't shed, 2 kids who are in school, and also have another babysitter who watches them. We try to keep a clean as home as possible but need someone to be cleaning floors, bathrooms, making beds, doing laundry and all of the things we don't have time to get to. Both parents work from home.

I will have food ready for them so no prep for you, just supervision while they eat. The two youngest go to bed at 630, the oldest goes to bed at 830. The younger two will need you to sit with them while they fall asleep, oldest only needs a prompt that it's time and to brush teeth. We are a very close knit family and value family time the most. My husband and I both work -so during the weekdays, we try to maximize our time with our kids when we get home. We value respect, kindness, creativity, punctuality and professionalism. We are very opposed to gadgets. The kids are 2 girls, very creative- love art, imagination games, Legos, playing on the obstacle course and rock wall in our basement, board games. They love to read most of all. They are very easy - they come home and read or do homework while eating a healthy snack. Then they have activities or play dates. We live in a very fun neighborhood and town and they walk to friends homes on their own (the older one for sure). Staying safe, being loved and being creative is what is essential. What we would appreciate help with: Watching the kids and ensuring their safety (watch them cross the street, making sure bike helmets are on, not doing anything too crazy on the backyard play set or basement). Helping get them a healthy snack and helping prep dinner on occasion (if there's time). Kids laundry - we have a housekeeper for all the big cleans. Picking up WITH the kids - toys books etc. we are a pretty organized and clean home - everything is put away each night. Occasion picking up groceries or running any errands like post office etc. We need someone who will love our kids and learn to balance loving and nurturing with firmness. Everything is else is easy. we are a 2-3 min walk from transit and we have a driveway. We have 2 dogs- a 1. 5 yr old and a 3. 5 yr old. Both loving and sweet.

Nice to meet you! Our family is looking for a kind and capable nanny for our 3-month-old, B! I know all parents say it, but our little guy is extra special. He has a rare condition called hypoplastic right heart syndrome. You'd never know he had a heart defect... He's as smiley as they come and is hitting all the "normal" milestones. He only has to take a couple of medicines per day and we monitor his pulse / oxygen levels twice per day. It's something we could teach you to do or take care of ourselves. We have 2 cats. One you'll rarely see. The other loves people as much as he loves being outside. Hi, I am looking to hire a consistent nanny for my 16-month-old son, E. Days of week will alternate. Starting 10/7, I'm looking for coverage T/W/TH, following week will be M/F. As of now I am thinking 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Starting in January, or earlier at times, hours will increase to 10-12 hours each shift. I am starting a new job and will be training which will require me working from home on and off for the rest of the year so you will need to be ok with me being there some weeks. I'll be in my office and try to stay out of the way. Starting in January I won't be working from home anymore. Home is clean and has been renovated over the past few years. Have a pool and large backyard with turf and pavers to play with E. E. is a very smart and sweet boy.
