I am a successful journalist who works long hours at home. I need help not just with housekeeping but with odd jobs and errands around the house. I would of course pay extra for this service. We already have a nanny and I have an executive assistant for my business, but I need help managing some basic domestic tasks, organizing my living and working areas. There would be a lot of down time, but I'm a generous employer who mainly is looking for someone who lives nearby to be on call.

Our home is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and approximately 2700 square feet. We would like a housekeeper to help with bi-weekly cleaning of each room and laundry and also with occasional deeper cleaning (e. g, baseboards, refrigerator, oven) and organizing. The cleaning could be done any week day between 9 - 5 p.m.

We need care approximately 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 4 days/week (Mon - Thurs preferred), but this is very flexible. While caring for our daughter is the main priority, we would also ask for help with light housekeeping while baby is napping. and have one dog, so must be comfortable with pets. My husband works from home so he will be upstairs in the office working. Our son is currently 9 months and will likely take a bottle and eat solids while you are here. He has toys downstairs and upstairs in his room and will nap either on you or in his crib. No requirement to clean just pick up his toys if they are a hazard for him or you to walk/crawl around.
