Hello! I am new mom returning work and have had trouble keeping up with the house work and the new baby. Our house is on a farm so it might be slightly buggier and muddier than a typical family home but what we are looking for is some one who can come every other week to Vacuum, sweep, clean the Kitchen, dust, wipe down bathrooms. It's a large house so if you can only do half days then we can just rotate which areas get cleaned. The only place I am sure I would want cleaned every time is the kitchen. Thanks !

About who needs care: She is extremely friendly and pretty independent, she needs help to organize her meds and make sure she takes them from the weekly med holder once you set it up each week. I want you to just talk with her form an hour or hour and a half on Mon, Wed, and Fri to be sure she has taken the meds as instructed. She will occasionally need transportation to and from a doctors appt as well. The job will grow eventually as she has more needs as the dementia progresses. She is living at a very nice senior center on the independent side. She is extremely neat and tidy and has a cat. My step dad lives with her, but she does not like to allow him to help her at times. So we need someone else to take charge of her meds. About the care needs: Friendly, likes to talk and engage her and make to drive occasionally to appointments.

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Nashville. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. My mom cannot walk and requires to be changed when she uses the bathroom. She uses pads to prevent the bed from getting wet. She would also need help transferring to her wheelchair and getting on the toilet. We need someone who can do food preparation and cleaning if you work the day shift. That's not required for the night shift. I prefer a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. The caregiver would need to walk the dog and make sure it has food and water. Note mom lives with me and I also have limited mobility. I would need light help like meal preparation, laundry and making my bed. The day shift would be 7-7 and pay 20 per hour, but we can be flexible on hours. The night shift would be 7-7 and pay 15 an hour.
