3 older boys are really self-sufficient and stay to themselves mainly. Our 2-year-old is the main one needing care, he is non-verbal but can communicate in his ways. He plays with cars and blocks, loves watching movies and playing rough with older brothers. Husband and I work different shifts, so I'm needing to leave when hes coming home. However he might be working longer hours soon and has a 30+ min drive home, so needing someone for that hour or 2 overlap in our schedule.
