We are looking someone to come to our house starting in the summer to help with them while we are at work. I work from home and will be here to help and assist whoever is here with our littles. Mon, Wed, and Fri 1-5:30pm, Tues and Thurs 8:30am-5:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is someone who loves playing with toddlers, being outside, and doing crafts, someone go is organized but still relaxed and calm while also energetic. We also require the candidate have their own transportation. We have a very calm atmosphere and energy in our home which contribute to the disposition of two sweet toddlers, who also love to play and have fun. We have a wonderful infant. She's perfect, healthy with no special needs aside from attention, feeding, tummy time, and structured playtime - with good positive and calm energy. We just need a pressure valve on the days my wife works. She goes down around 8 p.m. and we're sticking to that. My wife will begin to work some afternoons and one weekend day. We're flexible on which days but I posted an ideal schedule. 3-8 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays and a full 12-8ish on Saturday or Sunday. We have a cute house, with an old kind dog in Scottsdale. We want something very regular for now until she's old enough for us to consider preschool - we're just not comfortable with what we've seen at her age right now.
